To create either a standalone sign-up page or embed a sign-up form on your website, follow the steps below.

Navigate to lists and subscribers
Select the list you would like your new subscribers to feed into
Select the option "Signup Forms"
Give your sign-up form a name
Create your form using our template builder. Your form will need an "opt-in" block in order to capture details
When you are happy with your form, click save and then done
You can then decide whether you'd like a link to the signup page or if you'd like the HTML code to embed the form on your website.
