Six steps to import your subscriber list
- Log in to your TouchBasePro account and click Send an email campaign.
- Click the green Create a new list button.
- Give the list a name you'll recognise, then click Create list.
- Click the green Add new subscribers button.
- Drag and drop your Excel spreadsheet into the upload area, or click Select it from your computer and choose the file from your drive.
- Use the drop-down boxes to match each file column to the correct subscriber field, then click Finish adding subscribers.
Your contacts are now in your list and ready to use in your next campaign.

- What file format does TouchBasePro accept for contact imports?
- TouchBasePro accepts Excel spreadsheets. You can drag and drop the file into the upload area or select it from your computer.
- What does 'matching columns' mean during the import?
- When you upload a spreadsheet, TouchBasePro asks you to map each column in your file (for example, 'First Name' or 'Email') to the correct field in your subscriber list. You do this using drop-down boxes next to each field before you finalise the import.
- Can I have more than one subscriber list in TouchBasePro?
- Yes. Each time you want a separate list, click 'Create a new list' and give it a distinct name. You can manage all your lists from within your account.
