How to set up a welcome journey in 10 steps

  1. Log in to your TouchBasePro account and click Send an email campaign.
  2. Click the green Create a new journey button.
  3. Select Create a new journey under the 'Build your journey' section.
  4. Name your journey and select Subscriber joins the list as your trigger.
  5. Choose the list your journey will apply to. This list must have a sign-up form linked to it. Click Build your journey to continue.
  6. Click the + icon to add your first step, then select Email.
  7. Name the step, add a subject line, and enter a from name. Click Add email content to open the template builder, where you create the email as you would any normal campaign.
  8. Click Save to lock in your first step.
  9. Add more steps by clicking + again in the journey builder. Repeat as needed.
  10. When you are happy with the sequence, click Turn journey on and let it run.
