9 steps to build and send your email campaign
- Log in to your TouchBasePro account and click Send an email campaign.
- Click the green Create a new campaign button.
- Give your campaign a name, write your subject line, and fill in the sender name and address.
- Choose a template, either one you have already built or one of the TouchBasePro pre-made templates.
- Inside the template builder, drag and drop content blocks to edit the layout and build out your email.
- Once you are happy with the design, click Preview to move to the next step.
- Send yourself a test email to check how it renders, or skip ahead by clicking Define recipients.
- Select the recipient list you want to send to and click Next.
- Do a final check over your campaign details, then click Schedule delivery. You can send immediately or pick a date and time to send later.
