Integrate your TouchBasePro emails with Google Analytics

Even though TouchBasePro’s reporting has many great features, sometimes you might want a little bit more. If that’s the case, then you might be interested to learn that TouchBasePro can link in with your Google Analytics to give your reports a whole new dimension.

What is Google Analytics?

If you aren’t already aware, Google Analytics is a free software by Google that tracks your visitors as they move around your website. With Google Analytics, you can get in-depth reporting on how many visitors your website has, where they have come from, how long they remained on your site and what they did while they were there. You can even use Google Analytics to track sales and conversions, so you can see exactly how you’re making money with your site.

If you have Google Analytics installed on your website, now you can link it to your TouchBasePro account, and track your customers all the way from your email newsletter to when they (hopefully) make a purchase!

What can Google Analytics do for me?

Google Analytics is a pretty powerful software on its own. By being able to pull in the extra data from your email campaigns, you can start to get some in-depth insights into just what your campaigns do for your traffic and conversions.

Just to start with, you can set up things like conversion goals, to see how many of your email campaign’s recipients followed a desired course or completed a target action. This can help you to tweak content in your campaigns to get the desired outcomes from your audience.

If you want to go even further, you can set up revenue tracking, and see exactly how many sales came from your last campaign.
