There are two ways to export your reports. You can choose to export an overview of the entire campaign, or export individual breakdowns. It is important to download your reports within six weeks of your campaign being sent, as the detailed information (like the bounce reasons) contained in the reports are only kept on our server for six weeks.

To export all reports:
Go to reports and select the relevant campaign, this will take you to the Email Campaign Report Snapshot. Once there, click on the Export All Reports button.
This will bring a separate, pop-up window with your campaign's reporting information and graphs. You can then save this page onto your computer.



To export individual breakdowns:
Go to reports and select the relevant campaign, this will take you to the Email Campaign Report Snapshot. Underneath the Report Snapshot Graph, click on Susbcriber Activity.



This will bring you to the Email Subscriber Activity Report. From there, select which information you would like to see from the dropdown menu and click on Show. Once you have brought up the information you want, go to the bottom of the page and click on Export to CSV File. The file will then download as a CSV file that you can open in Excel and save to your computer. By default, you will be shown the first ten entries of the report. However, if you export the report, it will export the entire report and not just the first ten entries.
