How do I check my balance of credits?
 
To check how many credits you have available before sending a campaign, go to your Account Settings (My Account).

My Account

Under Account Details, you can see what your current email and SMS credit balance is. If you click on View Detail next to your balance, it will bring up a detailed Email/SMS Credit History for you of email/SMS credits used on which date and for which campaign. The default view is a month's history; you can change this to go as far back as you need by selecting dates above the Email/SMS Credit History and clicking on show transactions.

To see how these credit purchases relate in monetary value by viewing your Virtual Account History. This statement will show you how much you have spent on credits, as well as any affiliate earnings you may have received.
