What is the field code for Update my profile

Hi

I want to be able to insert a reminder in the text of my email to tell people to update their details without having to look to the bottom of the email.

What is the field code for that?

Hi again

After much trial and error, found the field code called [UPDATE] which shows the text "Update profile (change email)".

Would be nice if the link just said "Update profile" - as they may not want to change email, but just check that they have their details correct.
