If you are not satisfied with our service, we will gladly refund any unused credits less any banking or transactional costs to your account. If you would like to have your credits refunded, please send an email to our support department (support@touchbasepro.com) . Please include your username, email address and the reason for wanting a refund. Please take note that refunds may take up to seven business days to be processed.
