Help I need a template

Many of our clients are not designers, and some designers are not email specialists. Don’t panic. TouchBasePro can provide a design template in a re-usable Word document format for you, so that you can edit it yourself, or we can do it all for you including setting up databases and sending campaigns. Creative freedom: design and upload

Design your own beautiful emails and then upload your design files (html and images in a zip); import from a URL or upload an email friendly Word document and our system will convert it to html. You can disable our “Powered by” footer and use your own custom mail merge fields and unsubscribe links.

Images and attachments

All images used in your design will be hosted on our content delivery network for super fast load times and no additional cost to you. You can optionally embed images as inline attachments (no need to click “download images” before your design shows up) or include other file attachments on your emails.

Fast, reliable delivery and Inbox Placement Monitoring

Whitelisting, authentication, feedback loop monitoring and good relationships with ISP’s ensure that you get maximum deliverability for your mails. You can request Inbox Placement Monitoring to see if your mails actually make it to the Inbox on various ISP’s. Detailed bounced domain reporting helps you identify any delivery problems early.

Segmentation and targeting

Select which lists and segments your campaign will be delivered to. Create a website plug-in to add sign-ups to specific lists based on their actions or interests. Segment your lists based on custom data you have, or collected reporting data including clicks, opens and geographic location data.

Auto-responders and triggers

Automatically deliver a scheduled series of messages to subscribers when they join a list. Use our API to add or move subscribers to lists based on actions they take, like buying a product or making an enquiry.

Grow your list

Create and customise a sign up form for your website or Facebook page to let people join your list easily. Use our API to integrate with your Accounting system, CMS, point of sale or call centre to automatically update your lists. Track and incentivise sharing through competitions and grow your list.

Automated list admin

Import your lists once from Excel or a CSV file with any number of custom data fields. Maintain your lists automatically with some simple settings that you can adjust. Unsubscribes, repeated hard bounces, sign ups and updating of subscriber contact details will be managed for you.

Customise opt-in and opt-out process per list

Create a custom sign-up form; setup a thank you page redirect and subscription confirmation mail (for double opt-in lists). Make a welcome message or auto-responder messages so that every subscriber has a positive interaction with your brand.

API for integration with your current systems

If you are a developer, or you have one in your company, you can use our API to synchronise your website, e-commerce shopping cart, CRM or call centre systems to your lists on TouchBasePro using simple XML SOAP queries. Scheduled exports of reporting data

You can request scheduled exports of reporting data X days after a campaign has been delivered and receive these via email according to your specification. This is very handy for synchronising your email campaign data to your current accounting and customer relationship management systems.
